Joon Records' ambition is to create a bi-directional collaboration between Stavanger, Norway and Los Angeles California - West Coast to West Coast. From this point on, Joon declares Stavanger and Los Angeles sister cities sharing music production, festivals, writing camps, film and video.
To kick off this venture, we are hosting a songwriting retreat June 7-14th. For 7 wonderful days in Stavanger with 7 artists coming from Los Angeles to collaborate with 5 from Stavanger. Ending with live performances at Vaulen Open Air 2025.
